WE GOT THE HOUSE!

**15 weeks 2 days**

We got the house!!!! I don't know what else to say right now, but we are super excited. We made an offer on Tuesday, and got approved by the local bank that owns the house, and found out last night around 7 that the corporate office approved us too! Not only that but they added that they will pay an additional $2k towards the closing costs! We are a little stressed about some of the details, we have to have the home inspected within 10 days, find an interest rate we are happy with and get the actual loan through a lender,start packing, after our inspection comes back we have to break our lease with our apartment, then we close on September 23 (the day after our 2 year anniversary), then we have to change over the utilities, cancel the utilities and cable here, change our address, get an estimate of moving costs, clean the carpets, buy a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and lawn mower, move, and clean the apartment up before we can officially be out. It's a lot to take on in a month, but I really hope that we can get it all done.
